Young Joseph could never pronounce this,
so he called it Pasta YoYo.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted boiling water.
When the pasta is almost ready, heat the olive oil and garlic in a separate pan.
When the garlic is golden brown, add the paprika (or cayenne), stir quickly, and immediately remove from heat.
Pour over drained pasta and toss with parmesan cheese.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted boiling water.
Drain the water from the pot. Place on medium heat.
Pour in the egg mixture and toss until egg cooks.
Serve immediately with cheese.

Add the anchovies and bread crumbs. Fry until anchovies break up.
Pour the anchovie mix over drained pasta
Toss with parsley.
Serve immediately with cheese.
