Perfect Pizza
     


Use Your Noodle!

 

Pina's Perfect Pizza Dough

PART ONE
1 envelope of yeast
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
2/3 cup of warm water

PART TWO
2/3 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of flour

Mix part one together.
Let stand for ten minutes, until yeast bubbles.
Add part two, adding flour a little at a time.
Mix well.
Turn onto a floured board, and knead until smooth. (The dough will be sticky.)
Put the dough in a greased bowl.
Cover and let rise for 20 to 30 minutes.

Top with a thin layer Pina's Perfect Tomato Sauce.
Add your favourite toppings.
Cover with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

Tony's Favourite: Spinach Pizza!

In a fry pan, brown 2 garlic cloves in 3 Tablespoons of olive oil.
Thaw a package of frozen spinach.
Add spinach to fry pan.
Toss with crushed chili peppers.
Spread over rolled out pizza dough.
Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
